Smoking: Why Quitting is So Important

It has been a year this February since I picked up the habit of smoking again. I have been an on and off again smoker since I was thirteen. When I met my husband back in 2005 I decide to try and quit for good. I was successful in my ability to quit to the tune of six years, only to regrettably pick up on my bad habit once more. This time I want to quit for good. There are many benefits for me to be a nonsmoker, besides the most obvious ones which are health related.
