2 cups fresh spinach
2 ounces Chihuahua cheese
4 ounces cream cheese

Finely chop spinach in food processor. Add Salsa Sensations Medium Salsa, Chihuahua cheese and cream cheese to food processor and blend until smooth.
Preparation and Baking Instructions

Lay chicken breasts flat on a plate and spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling into the center of each. Fold ends over filling like a wrap. Place in a 13 X 9 glass baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.

Medium Salsa Sensations Review: There is definitely more spice to this salsa. I liked it a lot, because the heat was well-balanced with the flavor. It was a little too intense to share with the kids, but my husband’s immediate reaction was, “This is the one for me.” Then he grabbed his glass of ice tea…and resumed munching. I think the medium salsa would be perfect for taco dip and am anxious to test the theory!
The only improvement I can suggest is that I’d like to see a chunky line of Salsa Sensations salsas, but that’s a personal preference thing. My husband, who likes a smoother salsa, was in heaven. If you enjoy a slightly chunky, but well-blended consistency, you’ll love the texture of Salsa Sensations.
