I've been concentrating on my health lately in order to feel better, get centered and enjoy life more. I have to admit that this isn't just a solo effort. Happily On My Way to A Healthier Me

I'm  a woman in transition. I'm not moving to a new home, starting a new job, getting married or having a baby. I'm working on my health. I've battled with my body for as long as I can remember.
