Fall is officially here, and that means it’s time to pull out all our long sleeves and sweaters to start experimenting with some warmer styles. Since we still have a few days left where the weather is just right, I thought it would be fun to dress up a denim skirt. Outfit of the Week: Fall Layers

This week our lovely outfit was inspired by fall. With the nights getting a bit chillier, we felt it’s time to bust out the layers. So, we went all out on this beautiful fall look. Our outfit starts with a white long sleeved top and a pair of dark denim jeans. We spice it up by adding a soft gray short sleeve sweater to give the outfit more detail, and a turquoise necklace for a pop of color. By looking at my closet, some might think I'm a shopaholic, but my clothing and accessory collection has been an ongoing labor of love. I? Am a clothing collector. Frankly, I don’t see the difference between picking up beautiful pieces of clothing and adding to any other collection. Some girls like snow globes, I like couture. There are many aspects to this particular outfit that I really enjoy. For starters, yellow isn’t a color I see too commonly worn. Because clothing color choices should complement a woman's skin tone, often many shades of yellow can be a bit too much.
